INTRODUCTION TO THE VENOMOUS LIZARDS AREA
When it comes to talking about venomous lizards, the list is pretty short. That's because there are only 2 known species of venomous lizards in the entire world. One is the Gila Monster and the other is the Beaded Lizard.
They say a picture is worth 1000 words, and I think that is very true when it comes to recognizing these venomous lizards. It is my hope to have photographs of the lizards listed on this site. If you are a herpetologist or photographer, and have photographs that could be used on this site, or linked too, please let me know.
